Please list only professional employment details. Creditors can search for financial counsellors in the user database to verify that the person assisting their client is a qualified financial counsellor. Personal information is not appropriate. Use details that you would list on a third party authority. However, if you are a financial counselling student and not yet working in the sector, please do not list employment details. List only a personal phone or email so we can contact you. You won’t be visible to creditors.
 
Please keep your information up to date. When creditors check financial counsellor details on this site they should match the information you put on a third party authority form.

User Information

Your email is used to log into the Toolkit. It can be your work email or a personal one. If it is an email you will have access to in the event that you change employer it will make that transition easier.

If you are a financial counselling student who is not yet working in the sector please list only a personal email and phone number. Write NA in other fields.

Secondary Employer Organisation (optional)

If you are employed as a financial counsellor at a second agency, please list only those work details in this section.
